Farooq Mann of Mann & Associates global was enormously proud to be invited to be a board member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) in London, UK in January 2026.
The TMA) is a professional non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting and advancing the discipline of corporate turnaround, restructuring and business renewal. It serves as a focal point for practitioners and advisors who specialise in helping companies navigate periods of financial stress, operational change, or decline and, where possible, restore sustainable performance and value.
At its core TMA’s mission is to promote high standards of turnaround practice, foster professional development and enhance the reputation and capabilities of its members across disciplines including finance, law, consulting and restructuring. It acts as a global forum where professionals exchange ideas, share best practices and build expertise that supports effective corporate renewal.
To achieve this, the Association organises a wide range of activities and programmes including regular networking events, seminars, webinars and major conferences, bringing together industry leaders to discuss trends, challenges and solutions in turnaround management. TMA also publishes the Journal of Corporate Renewal and offers resources such as online learning, thought-leadership content and continuing education opportunities.
