Neil is a lawyer, insolvency practitioner, consultant and trainer from the UK. He has worked in insolvency and restructuring for more than 30 years in all capacities and has an energy and enthusiasm for what can rightly be achieved when professionalism and determination are aligned.

Neil is a senior consultant with the World Bank, working around the globe to introduce insolvency licensing, training and exams.
