Arwan Ahimsa is Director with Mann & Associates PAC, and is overall responsible for the day-to-day operations and client management in Indonesia. He is an experienced and seasoned senior executive with over 30 years of experience in industrial management, crisis and turn-around management, equity and debt raising, project development and structured finance. Arwan has also been involved directly in numerous corporate and debt restructuring engagements, as well as organisational development and advisory work.

Arwan has been instrumental on matters related to mergers & acquisitions, debt structuring and fund-raising activities during his career and have conducted debt restructuring engagements with regional and international creditors, as well as investors. Having worked in various high-level positions at senior managerial level across a broad spectrum of industries, Arwan was also responsible for providing oversight and supervision to over 5,000 employees during his career.
