Carlos is a Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner working primarily in the Cayman Islands, Caribbean and Pacific region. He has a huge amount of experience in business and active insolvencies, with expertise in complex engagements including jurisdictional procedural and recognition issues, shareholder management, Chapter 15 and multi-jurisdictional Schemes of Arrangement.
